In this video I will show you how you can workout with almost nothing! Here I will show you how you can use the few items in the trunk of your car to get a great workout!

 

Day 7 - The Survivor Mentality!

In this video I will introduce you to the idea of thinking like a survivor. Here I will talk about the importance of proper thinking and give a few key ways to begin improving your thinking right away!
